1. Digital Products

All products sold on Floatchain are digital products (such as online courses, downloadable files, PDFs, software, or digital services).

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is delivered or access is granted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Technical issues preventing access to the purchased product that cannot be resolved by our support team

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage or interest
  • Incompatibility with your device or software

4. Cancellation Policy

Since products are digital and delivered instantly:

  • Order cancellations are not possible once payment is completed.

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
